State Baseball/Softball Players of Week
One of our four honorees for this week also will get a mention in the state record book for most RBI in one game. Another had a Tuesday afternoon result we waited to include and she hit a homer in a big win. Our visits this week are to Torrance and Thousand Oaks in Southern […]
State Stat Stars & Record Updates
(Click Arrows on Home Page To See More Photos) Two of the state leaders in home runs for softball were in the same game last week — Tiffany Karg of Murrieta Valley and Keira Beierly of Temecula Chaparral — and one them went nuts with three homers and 12 RBI. Karli Robinson of Fairfield also...
State Softball/Baseball Players of Week
Los Gatos pulls off a rare feat in that there was a Wildcats’ baseball player honored last week as the NorCal pick and then this week we have a Wildcats’ softball player with the same. This week’s other stop for Northern California is Bakersfield. For the south, we head to Temecula and Hesperia. We hope […]
NEW Softball State TOP 25 Rankings
We have a new No. 1 this week as Norco takes over at the top for Murrieta Mesa. A bizarre loss by the previous No. 1 Rams only costs them the one spot in this week’s new rankings. JSerra also makes a big move back up after win vs Orange Lutheran while this week’s two...

Our exclusive state records also will have...

No changes for the first five teams this week, but Orange Lutheran and Ponderosa go up to No. 6 and No. 7. We also have some others moving up, including Carlsbad, Oaks Christian and Clovis North. The week’s highest newcomer is new No. 23 Del Oro (Loomis). This is a post for Gold Club members...
State Softball/Baseball Players of Week
Since our state players of the year honors in boys basketball came out on Tuesday, this week’s players of the week post has been done a bit later than usual. We have two players we included from outings on Tuesday of this week and we have two who had games on Wednesday. We’re still proud […]
NEW Softball State TOP 25 Rankings
The first six teams from last week stay the same, led by No. 1 Murrieta Mesa. The Livermore Stampede causes changes after that as the host school wins the title for just the second time and shoots up into the top 10 of this week’s rankings. One of four newcomers this week, Alameda, also comes...
