(Click Arrows on Home Page To See More Photos) The top state record updates this week would include Valley View of Moreno Valley’s Alyssa Torres reaching 60 career homers in softball, which is now tied for second in state history and is just four off the state record. Our exclusive state records also will have a new listing for most runs in one inning for baseball as Miramonte of Orinda scored 29 in the first inning of a game last week. We also have a softball player already at 70 RBI for this season and another with nine homers, 37 RBI in just 10 games. We also have a baseball player going 5-for-5 with eight RBI in one game.
