Transfers help Garces of Bakersfield land the most players on this squad, but defending D1-AA section champion Central East has a bunch of top returnees as well and still looks like a strong favorite to three-peat. Buchanan of Clovis, Clovis West of Fresno and Liberty of Bakersfield also among those teams with more than one player written up.
