The defending D1AA section champion Central East Bengals (known as Central Grizzlies before) are loaded with returning players and have the most written up in this feature. Last year’s D3AA CIF state champions from Frontier of Bakersfield also look formidable and are not far behind. Tulare, Clovis East and Clovis also are among others with more than one player selected.

They are based on a combination of what the players did last season and college recruiting. Transfers may not be included if not reported yet, haven’t played for a new school yet, or info on a transfer from previous school isn’t available. Not every all-section team will have writeups of every player. Some will have an intro, then lists.
