For the second straight week, we only have one newcomer into this week’s TOP 50 with so many top teams playing each other. There are still plenty of teams going up and going down. The highest risers include Tustin, Long Beach Poly and two teams that didn’t play — St. Mary’s of Stockton and Pacifica of Oxnard.
