NEW Boys BB State TOP 25 Rankings

When it’s all said and done after pouring over the results of the regional brackets from Saturday, it looks like regardless of what teams advance to this weekend’s CIF state championships, the South will be favorites in Open, D1 and D2, especially if this week’s new boys basketball State TOP 25 is any indication. All but 10 teams will be done after Tuesday’s regional finals and all four D1 teams are now in the top 20. Only one D2 team cracks this week’s rankings, which is just like last week, but it’s new No. 20 Orange Lutheran. Is there anything that the CIF can do to rejuvenate and renew interest in the CIF state finals?
