Every year, it seems Pleasant Valley (Chico), Sutter and East Nicolaus control the fortunes in the top three divisions in the Northern Section CIF. Preseason FB: All-Northern Section
This is the sixth preseason all-section or all-area football team we have compiled and covers schools from the entire CIF Northern Section. Naturally, Enterprise of Redding, which has a lot of skill players back off last year’s team that won the CIF NorCal D2 bowl game, has the most honorees.
