State No. 1 St. Francis and state No. 2 Roosevelt are both starting the final week of the season as top seeds in the CIF regional playoffs for Northern and Southern California. There is one scenario, however, that would cause a tough decision to be made for the final rankings. Among section title teams getting big bumps this week are Clovis (No. 7), Del Oro of Loomis (No. 11) and Heritage of Brentwood (No. 12).
