We continue our boys basketball coverage for Gold Club members with a final look at the state’s top college prospects in the senior (2021) class. Our final 2021 Cal-Hi Sports Hot 100 shows many changes and 27 newcomers. Obviously there are many changes since we haven’t updated our players rankings in a calendar year due to the affects of COVID-19. Our final 2020-21 rankings for the 2022, 2023 and 2024 classes will be published within the next two weeks.

The final 2021 Cal-Hi Sports Hot 100 is based on evaluations since our last published Hot 100 updates in June of 2020. That encompasses any fall league evaluations in 2020 and the altered 2020-21 CIF spring season and any grassroots evaluations thereafter.

During the 2019-20 cycle, we did not publish winter rankings updates and only did two updates (post-summer, final). For 2020-21 we are only doing one set of final rankings. For the 2021-22 cycle, we hope to get back to our normal routine of three updates over the course of a calendar year.
