Thousand Oaks stays at No. 1 as a new week begins, but there are many changes after that. Rancho Bernardo of San Diego moves up to No. 2, Ayala of Chino Hills rejoins the top five and there are huge jumps for unbeaten Royal of Simi Valley and Santa Margarita. Newcomers include Bullard of Fresno, Franklin of Elk Grove and Cardinal Newman of Santa Rosa.
