We’re still not done with final state football rankings. Here are the No. 1 teams for the 2019 season according to our traditional five-division state breakdowns: St. John Bosco (D1), Clayton Valley of Concord (D2), Cardinal Newman of Santa Rosa (D3), Ripon (D4) and Caruthers (D5). The No. 1 choice for D5 was the most difficult. Every CIF section champion, whether they were in a CIF state final or not, is included in these rankings.
