(After games of Saturday, Dec. 9)
26. (28) St. Mary’s (Stockton) 11-3*
Season complete. The Rams may have lost 50-21 to Folsom in the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section D1 final, but that’s not too far removed from how they fared in a loss to No. 1 Mater Dei. Both of those teams probably will be state champions. Head coach Tony Franks’ club does have a bad loss to Modesto Central Catholic, but overcomes that with a win against Serra of San Mateo (could be another state champion) and a win over Oak Ridge in the SJS D1 semifinals.
