Two 12-0 teams – Villa Park and Analy – break into their state divisions this week as does 11-0 Pleasant Valley of Chico and unbeaten on-the-field Mater Dei Catholic of Chula Vista. We also give boosts to Placer of Auburn and Bishop Diego of Santa Barbara and present some thoughts about current national rankings. Still No. 1 in our divisions are De La Salle of Concord (D1), Clayton Valley (D2), Camarillo (D3), Sierra Canyon (D4) and Grace Brethren (D5).

With the CIF bowl games now in 13 divisions and with it basically impossible to place teams into those divisions in a weekly format, we are rebooting our traditional five-division state rankings first done in 1975. For a section-by-section updated look at which divisions each team in the state is going to be ranked this season, CLICK HERE.

Note: There are not going to be separate free and premium posts for new rankings this season. All new rankings will be for Gold Club members only. The only way we’ll be offering free new rankings is if we were to obtain a sponsor for them. Please consider joining our team today. It’s a great time to sign up and cost for a yearly subscription is going up possibly as early as next week. For details, CLICK HERE.
