Last week on the FOX 40 Final Quarter high school football show, co-hosts Jim Crandell and Kristina Werner revealed a list of the top five quarterbacks in the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section for the 2014 season, according to CalHiSports.com.
Here is what that countdown revealed with player, high school and notes:
1. Jake Browning (Folsom): Started season 8 TDs and 37 yds from career state records
2. Ian Book (Oak Ridge): Considered one of the state’s top juniors
3. Matt Jimison (Vista del Lago): Began season with 5,830 yards and 74 TD passes for career
4. Tyrone Williams (Merced): One of best QBs the Bears have had in many years
5. Jaden Brisendine (Vanden): Passed for 2,949 yards and 43 TDs last season

Ian book is completely over rated. Jimison plays sac high on friday come watch caden voges destroy your list. Never even heard of the other 2 guys. Dude had 420 4 tds and 3 more rushing last week.
