We continue our boys basketball coverage for Gold Club members with an updated look at the close of the school year at the state’s top college prospects in the sophomore (2028) class. Our final 2028 Cal-Hi Sports Top 65 for the 2025-26 school year shows 11 newcomers since our last update and a new No. 1 prospect who just might be the finest prospect in the country. Our final rankings of the 2025-26 school year will introduce the 2029 class.

The final 2028 Cal-Hi Sports Top 65 for the 2025-26 school year is based on evaluations since our last published Hot 100 updates one year ago. That encompasses all fall league, regular season, CIF section, regional and CIF state championships.
