Dos Palos football players surround a banner that was made to commemorate the school winning its 700th game. The Broncos now join just Bakersfield and Long Beach Poly (both over 800) as schools in California history with that many all-time wins. Photo: Dos Palos High School / Facebook.com.
We start this week with info about Granite Bay head football coach Joe Cattolico reaching 200 wins and joining his father in state’s 200-win club. Up next is a celebration of Dos Palos becoming just third school in state history to reach 700 all-time wins and what school is coming up fast to perhaps be the fourth. We also have several 400-yard passers plus three 300-yard rushers, one of which got there on just 11 carries.
