As is another of our traditions, we present our expanded, final State Top 40 overall boys basketball team rankings for the 2023-24 season. There is some movement from our previous weekly Top 35 update, as CIF Southern Section teams that didn’t make the regional playoffs deserve to move up over some NorCal and SoCal D1 teams and all the D2 teams. It’s a much different scenario this year compared to last year when D4 champ Valencia deserved a spot in the these rankings.
