This feature serves as our statewide collection of milestone achievements in California high school sports. More than lists and numbers, we can provide historical context since we’ve maintained state records in California for more than 40 years. This edition is for the last two weeks of action. The big news is on the boys side as we have a new reported all-time state record for most three-pointers made in one season. We also go over final season scoring totals for Jason Crowe Jr. of Lynwood and Angel Ochoa of St. Joseph Academy. For the girls, Mahliya Wilson of Bonita Vista is latest to hit 2,000 career points plus details on a head-to-head matchup between two leading freshmen in Orange County.
