JSerra repeats as CIFSS D1 champion and moves up to No. 1 for the first time since it started there in the preseason. Franklin of Elk Grove & Whitney of Rocklin also will both be in the top 10 when they play each other for Sac-Joaquin Section title. We also have a bump for CIFSS D2 champion Crespi while the highest newcomer is Buchanan of Clovis.
