The timing of the rankings this week once again includes Monday games (but not Tuesday), which means Los Alamitos is No. 2 after a win over No. 3 Huntington Beach. A win last week by the Oilers over the Griffins, however, plus two big wins by Clovis North in the Tri-River Athletic Conference pushes the Broncos to the No. 1 state rankings. This week’s two newcomers are Valencia and San Ramon Valley, although SRV has been in there before.
