The 44th annual Cal-Hi Sports All-State Boys Basketball Team announcements begin with honors for the most outstanding juniors, sophomores and freshmen in the state. While this is a Gold Club post, the one for all-state teams according to CIF divisions will be free and will be out in a few days later this week.
