As is another of our traditions, we present our expanded, final State Top 40 overall boys basketball team rankings for the 2021-22 season, the first with CIF state championships since 2018-19. There is not a lot of movement from our previous weekly Top 25 update, but NorCal teams don’t drop much because of Modesto Christian’s performance in the CIF open title game. This post includes teams ending in the No. 1 thru No. 20 positions.
