NEW Girls BB State Top 20

There were no major upsets among the top teams going into this week’s semifinals and finals of the CIF section playoffs with ranked teams, but there was a State Top 20 team that lost in the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section. The injury bug also has bitten and at this stage of the season that can change the landscape overnight. It had an effect on three of the top 10 teams, including No. 1 Archbishop Mitty, and four if you consider Harvard-Westlake senior Jayla Ruffus-Milner has been playing all season with a separated shoulder.
