NEW Mobile-Friendly CalHiSports.com

It’s taken us awhile because we’re not a big company nor are we part of a big network, but we are proud that beginning this week our CalHiSports.com website can now be viewed on a much more mobile-friendly platform for users looking at our content on their phones.

All of our various features, such as weekly state rankings, state record updates, NorCal/SoCal Players of the Week, All-State Team updates and more previously could be viewed on phones, but required users to perform much more frequent magnifying moves and much more side-by-side navigation.

The new platform enables users to simply scroll down their screens for all functions. It’s similar to the way all of the major media companies such as ESPN and CNN and MaxPreps/CBS present their content on mobile platforms.

If you haven’t tried to look at our content on the phone before, we welcome you to try it out and let us know if you see anything amiss. You can let us know at markjtennis@gmail.com.

Our future plans for the site include more promotions/features connected to social media and continued on-line state record book additions in the five sports we primarily cover for the site: football, boys basketball, girls basketball, baseball and softball.

We also are hoping that the publication of a book we’re writing “High School Football in California” scheduled to be out in August later this year from Skyhorse Publishing of New York will be a bonus for site as well. The book’s deadline is coming up fast so if there are days in the next few weeks that seem light on content on the site now you know why.

Thanks to all of our users and Gold Club subscribers.
