After a week in which there were six new teams, this time there are none. There are many teams going up and going down, however. Among those going up the most are Rocklin, Upland, Palos Verdes, St. Francis of Mountain View, Tustin and Chaparral of Temecula. There will be teams that lose in the first round of this week’s CIF Southern Section D2 playoffs that will still finish in the top 50 of the state this season.
