St. Francis of Mountain View goes back to No. 1 while Norco moves up to No. 2 with the CIF Southern Section D1 final coming up Friday vs new No. 7 Pacifica of Garden Grove. Central of Fresno also gains 12 spots after its big win over previous No. 1 Clovis North. This week’s newcomers include Poway and San Ramon Valley of Danville.
