The only changes at the finish from the top 10 issued before the regional playoffs began were to switch Oaks Christian and Roosevelt of Eastvale in the No. 2 and No. 3 spots and also to flip Clovis and Camarillo at No. 6 and No. 7. The biggest mover to close the season was No. 22 Lincoln of Stockton, which won the NorCal D2 playoff title. All 40 teams in these final rankings are presented with writeups.
