Leading off this group is our top choice from the CIF San Diego Section, Vista of 1974, but if you talk to a lot of longtime observers from that area you probably will get a different choice as to which should be No. 1. California’s first 15-0 team from Bishop Amat plus a Long Beach Poly squad that ended its season with a 102-0 win headline others selected in this group.
