The top three remain the same, but two more Orange County teams join No. 1 Mater Dei in the top five. Helix of La Mesa logically forces its way up into this first group after knocking off previous No. 5 Cathedral Catholic, but we did not push the Highlanders ahead of another San Diego team it is facing this week. This first group of teams also shows major jumps for one team in the north (Serra of San Mateo) and one team in the south (Alemany of Mission Hills).
