We’ve got all of the details this week on Jarod Lucas of Los Altos (Hacienda Heights) joining the 3,000-point club for career scoring. We have all of them correct too, since we’ve been doing state records for 40 years. Lucas wasn’t the only big-time California player to have a big week. San Joaquin Memorial’s Jalen Green, one of the nation’s top juniors, had a 49-point outburst. For the girls, we have a player from Mt. Miguel of Spring Valley with 36 points but it’s not the player you’d probably pick to score 36 at first glance.
