Central Catholic goes in for the first time this season at No. 39 after its big win over St. Mary’s of Stockton while Westlake of Westlake Village also debuts fairly high at No. 41 after its victory against Newbury Park. The week’s only other newcomer is Buchanan of Clovis, which is looking like one of the best teams in the CIF Central Section. Oakdale and Bishop Amat both stay in after scoring some points in losses to higher-ranked opponents.
