It was a huge week for the CIF San Diego Section as Foothills Christian and Cathedral Catholic post big wins to move up in the rankings while St. Augustine of San Diego cracks the state Top 20 rankings for boys basketball. There are many ranked teams whose seasons are now complete and that is created because of the South’s competitive equity model and the North not quite having the depth in the lower divisions.
