This is the third and final group of 2013 Cal-Hi Sports all-state girls basketball teams, which breaks down the best within each CIF state playoff division.

Notes: Everybody listed above should consider themselves an all-state choice. Keep in mind players from the CIF L.A. City Section were chosen according to CIF divisions. In the past, all L.A. City players were lumped into Division I, but the section has added many schools in recent years that have lowered enrollments at schools previously among the biggest in the state. Also, there were a few instances in which we did favor a senior over a younger player because the younger player was going to be named to the all-state underclass team.     I agree with your comments..I have seen Ashley play numerous times as well as many of the other girls and agree she should be on one of the State teams.
