Capital Christian FB History Highlights

School in Sacramento that has been in a CIF state final in boys hoops also has high aspirations in football. It’s a program that began slowly, originally played in the CIF Northern Section and is now a playoff regular in the Sac-Joaquin.

More State Boys Athletes of Year

Among those earning top state honors are Joe DeMers of College Park, Sean McGrew of St. John Bosco, Drew Anderson from Miramonte of Orinda and Nifae Lealao of Capital Christian. Anderson also gains first-ever State Three-Sport Athlete of the Year selection.

New State Boys BB Divisional Rankings

We are leaving the open division teams in their original state divisions. This is the way it was done in football, but that only effected Division I and two teams. This will involve four of the five CIF divisions.
