All-State Girls BB Nominees (Part 2)

Here is an updated list of those we consider official nominees for the 2013 all-state basketball teams. The 32nd annual Cal-Hi Sports all-state teams for girls basketball will be announced soon so get any last-second comments, nominations into us by Thursday.

State Stat Stars of the Week

Ripon’s Ruth Waters helps girls team snap Modesto Christian’s 98-game league win streak. Briteesha Solomon also re-emerges with 48-point night. Among best of boys is Burlingame’s Connor Haupt, who tied school record held by 2004-05 State Athlete of the Year.
