Defending CIF Open Division state champ Santa Margarita goes back to the top after last week’s win over Corona Centennial. Preseason No. 1 St. John Bosco only drops to No. 2. Cardinal Newman of Santa Rosa gets a bump after going into overtime with preseason No. 7 Folsom. We also have big rises for San Clemente, Carlsbad and Palos Verdes.
