Top five gets reshuffled with Notre Dame (Sherman Oaks) still on top, but now with Santa Margarita second and Archbishop Mitty third. Rancho Bernardo of San Diego also gets added to where it probably should have been last week, Elk Grove surges from No. 32 to No. 16 and other newcomers are Gahr (Cerritos), La Mirada, Montgomery (San Diego) and Bullard (Fresno).
