NEW Boys BB State TOP 25 Rankings

San Diego State-bound Miles Byrd has led Lincoln of Stockton to its current state top 20 ranking. Here he is with his dad, Calvin, who was first team all-state in 1989 as a senior at St. Joseph of Alameda. Calvin and freshman teammate Jason Kidd led St. Joe to a NorCal playoff win in Stockton at the Spanos Center that season against 33-0 St. Mary’s that packed the arena. There is no new team able to crack the updated boys basketball State Top 25 rankings, but there is plenty of movement because of first game results in the CIF Southern Section Open Division playoffs and big results in Northern California. Getting a nice upward bump this week is Mitty of San Jose, Lincoln of Stockton and Inderkum of Sacramento. Which ranked NorCal team is the best bet to challenge state No. 3 Campolindo in the CIF North Coast or NorCal playoffs?
