NEW State TOP 35 Softball Rankings

The top six teams appear to be locked in those positions heading into the final week of the season since results from this week’s first-ever CIF Southern California regional playoffs won’t have that much of an impact. Those six teams all opted out of those playoffs. Three of those teams — No. 1 Esperanza, No. 3 Upland and No. 6 Mater Dei Catholic — all won major division section titles in their final games. CIF Southern Section D2 semifinalists Camarillo and Westlake (Westlake Village) are the highest ranked teams playing this week.
