We waited until Friday night’s Liberty of Bakersfield game this week ended to get these final rankings out because they’re now final, final. That was the last of the 50 teams that was still playing and we would have had to make changes had the Patriots lost. For this group of teams, those moving up for the end include Serra of Gardena, Mission Hills of San Marcos and Marin Catholic of Kentfield. Newcomers are Corona del Mar of Newport Beach, Saugus, Chaparral of Temecula, San Ramon Valley of Danville, Apple Valley and Bishop Diego of Santa Barbara.
