We tried to get all of this weekend CIF D2-AA and D2-A state finalists into these rankings, but couldn’t quite make it thanks to Oxnard (now No. 50) having a head-to-head win over Pacifica of Oxnard (which would be No. 51 if we counted it that far). In addition to Oxnard, two other newcomers this week who also are done for the season are St. Paul of Santa Fe Springs and Culver City. Go inside as well to see how high we moved up Oceanside after the close call the Pirates gave to unbeaten Corona del Mar.

Note: All State Top 50 rankings posts for the rest of the season will be for Gold Club members only. The first run-through of CIF state bowl game projections was free as well as our first weekly State Medium Schools and State Small Schools Rankings (already been done many times), but the rest of those will be Gold Club as well. You can now sign up this season for $3.99 per month or $9.99 for three months, which by the way will carry you through most of the current season. Yearly rate of just 6.8 cents per day also can be done. For details, CLICK HERE.
