NEW Medium/Small School FB Ranks

There were lots of section playoff byes and other teams that didn’t play last week, but there was one result from the CIF Southern Section first round — Palos Verdes of PV Estates falling to Loyola in D4 — that caused some changes to this week’s medium schools rankings. For small schools, we have come up with several scenarios in which Half Moon Bay could finish No. 1 after the Cougars were handed out a top divisional placement by the CIF Central Coast Section and will have to open the playoffs against that section’s No. 1 overall ranked team.
