Centennial of Corona defensive lineman Korey Foreman and Menlo-Atherton receiver Troy Franklin are in the top two positions as the most promising players in California’s Class of 2021 gets ready for the 2019 season. We’ve gone through all of our files, checked some of the film and the notebook from games seen last season (not to mention the most heavily attended of all of the spring showcase events in El Cerrito) and here would the top 100 player rankings. We’ll have another updated ranking of this class after the 2019 season next spring.
