Girls BB: Divisional All-State 2019

CIF Open Division state champion Sierra Canyon leads the way with four players who gain all-state honors for the combined Open/Division I classification. These annual honors continue to get more difficult with competitive-equity based divisions because players from teams that weren’t in the CIF regional/state playoffs have to be placed in the divisions in which their teams would have been placed. All of the other CIF state champions — Menlo School (D2), Oakland (D3), Oakland Tech (D4) and Caruthers (D5) — all had two players gain all-state selections. In the end, we’ve listed 60 players for Open/Division I all-state, 30 for Division II all-state, 24 for Division III all-state and 15 for Division IV and Division V.
