Boys BB: Divisional All-State 2019

It was year two of doing our traditional Cal-Hi Sports All-State Divisional Boys Basketball Teams with the CIF’s switch to competitive equity-based playoff divisions. Some of the section playoffs have changed as well, but others have been the same. These teams are based on the CIF state divisions (not sections) and in some cases we had to extrapolate where teams would have been placed for the CIF state playoffs to determine all-state divisional placement. If that sounds confusing, welcome to our world. The bottom line is that we wound up with 60 players for Open/Division I all-state, 30 for Division II all-state, 24 for Division III all-state and 15 for Division IV and Division V.

In my notes, he’s supposed to be 2nd team. He was on 2nd team. Already was on the juniors. Don’t know how but that last line got deleted. Sorry. He’s on now.
