State Stat Stars of the Week

We usually like to get these out before Friday afternoon, but here’s another edition of this weekly feature that tracks the most amazing single-game football performances every week in California. We have a couple of freshmen we had to include for this report, we explain why we don’t consider Mac Bingham of Torrey Pines as a co-holder of the San Diego Section record with eight TDs and we salute new CIFSS career passing TD record holder (as of Thursday night) Hank Bachmeier of Murrieta Valley.

(Those six are not included below)

Note: This weekly honor roll will be for Gold Club members only. We compile them also to be sure we know which players and teams to add for our all-time state record lists, which also are for Gold Club members only. You can now sign up this season for $3.99 per month or $9.99 for three months, which by the way will carry you through most of the current season. Yearly rate of just 6.8 cents per day also can be done. For details, CLICK HERE.
