Bishop Amat earns return engagement among state’s elite after overtime win over previous No. 16 Chaminade. The Eagles don’t drop out, but both Valley Christian (San Jose) and Long Beach Poly do to make room for Bishop Amat plus unbeaten Rancho Bernardo of San Diego. Monte Vista of Danville also inches up to No. 10 so that this week’s big game vs. De La Salle is between two top 10 teams.
