These are the teams broken down for each CIF division but with the Open Division not considered separately. Several teams ended up with three honorees, led by CIF Open Division champ St. Mary’s of Stockton. The final post for the 35th annual Cal-Hi Sports all-state girls basketball teams will be for first team overall, second team overall and third team overall.
