Newcomers to this week’s elite list of the state’s best teams (with each team written up) are Rocklin and Upland. Long Beach Poly inches up to No. 26 after OT win over previously higher ranked foe while it’s also a bump for St. Mary’s of Stockton as a nod to how it played in a one-score loss to De La Salle.
