Teams coming up the most for these final rankings are led by the obvious ones that won regional titles coming from a lower seed, including Rancho Bernardo of San Diego (D2), University City of San Diego (D3), Rancho Cotate of Rohnert Park (D4) and Pioneer of Whittier (D5). End of year bumps based on which teams won regional titles also were given to Casa Grande of Petaluma (D2), Venice and more.
